Well I think that is a fantastic website, It is concise, to the point and well ordered with some great examples - well done. I love dark coloured websites and with your vibrant photos it compells you to read more, the only things i would change is to:

Remove the 2012 on the copyright
Bullet point the common errors with photos
Add a text box for the comments and add the option to upload more than one photo with a discount for multiple jobs.

Well done I would give this a good 8/10

    Yeah, that's a good site.

I'm just thinking your client wouldn't be happy about a link from DP :D Can you still edit that?

Thinking about SEO (me, someone who has developed gallery sites for several photographers  ) it is always a difficulty with photographer sites. They are artists and they want to keep the site arty. That kind of approach makes it difficult (or expensive) to rank high in Google.

I usually solve this problem by adding links to some yadda and articles at the bottom, below the copyright. Maybe you can suggest this to your client.

    Design-wise, I like it a lot
. However, I'm not too sure about font colour difference between Services and How it Works. One is white, another one is green. I think you have to stick with one colour to make it look consistent. Also ALL CAPS is not the best idea. Again the font sizes do not match.

Instead of using <div class="componentheading">, use <h1> and add some relevant keywords to the header. Give the guy a better chance!
