I'm looking for a very specific photo manipulation/alteration service. I would like a photo of a person (portrait, head shot etc) altered so that it has changed just enough to be unrecognizable (as the person in the photo) by anyone who knew the person in the photo, but still similar enough to the original so that anyone who didn't know the person, could still believe it was the same person if they viewed the 2 images at different times (not together or at the same time). I hope I'm making this clear. (reading that back I can see how it might sound a bit confusing but read it over again). It's like disguising a person's image I guess. I've got no idea what can be done to an image to make subtle differences since I've no graphic designer or experienced photoshop user, but I'm hoping there are some small changes that can be made to produce the effect I've described above. If you can help, let me know. Reply here or PM me.
if we are not to put anything e.g. hat, moustache, on the picture to "disguise" the person in the picture, perhaps changing the shape of his face or eyes (subtle) or maybe fine lines to make him look older or younger (removal of lines) will do. Tools like liquify in Photoshop does these functions.
LOL, hats and moustaches yes why didn't I think of that No seriously, I don't think wrinkles and lines are the answer, but maybe changing the shape of the eyes, nose or mouth just slightly ? Any more ideas or opinions?
First of all, Photoshop knowledge will be very handy here. I don't believe there is automatic process of doing what you need. Each single picture needs to be changed manually. Photoshop has built in a cool filter called Liquify ( Filters->Liquify... ) where you can easily manipulate a picture with such tools as : - Forward Warp Tool ( dragging smoothly part of picture ) - Twist ( will work in your case only with big brush size ) - Pucker/Bloat Tool ( use it when you want make some part of face bigger/smaller ) There are more useful options there and I think it will be better if you test them on your own. Playing with Liquify usually make the face rather more ugly than nicer. In order to get most possible realistic effects ( you can create almost new non existing face similar to nobody ) you will need to take some parts of other faces and copy them onto your source picture using Clone Stamp tool. However the better final results the more time you will need to work over single picture.
Some good ideas there. If anyone wants to try this, let me know. I'll send you sample image to work on. I'll pay you for your time, just quote me a price. PM me.
