Today i was contacted by AMI intellectual property claiming i have no rights to use the word Photo Hunt on my flash game site. They claimed they have trademarked the word "Photo Hunt". I searched on Google and there are like 15 millions sites out there use the word "Photo Hunt" and even popular game site like t45ol.com, gamesforwork.com have "Photo Hunt" game on it. What should i do? Anyone get contacted by them if you have flash game site?
