I just saw a website who has photos in her website of a certain show which were obviously shots taken from her tv screen....she is blogging about that show... is that legal, is there some copyright issue there? I always have to buy photos if i want to blog about a certain celebrity or show... Can we actually photographed a certain show or a certain celebrity from our tv screen and post it in our website ?
I may be wrong but its probably not supposed to be done. If someone needs a photo of a celeb that they can legally use they can use places like gettymages.
