Hi All, I am facing with a problem. My USA paypal account got limited and they are asking for a phone verification. But when I go to the resolution center and click on resolve, it asks me to enter a Credit card. I entered a VCC (HDFC VCC). But it gave me an error You have not added a credit card to your account. The Phone Location Confirmation process has been canceled. What can be done. Please advice
hello thts not possible ..... pls ask this question to customer care of paypal..... u can call paypal because of its location is in USA u can talk with paypal for this problem.......
This must have happened because you must have exceeded an amount of $2500. As you cannot withdraw a certain amount of dollars from paypal if you are a new member or from outside of US. Dont worry, just give them a call as well as write a mail to the resolution center department. Mention all the details about your card, your name, country of origin etc.. and tell them to increase your withdrawal limit. They will ask you for your current cardeit card statement and some other personal details, which you might have to fax or send as attachment. It might take around 7 working days to get this resolved. Just have patience
HDFC VCC cannot be used for paypal USA Paypal Verified Issue country for each cc while verifying accounts
In fact my PayPal just got limited yesterday and I had the same exact problem. Its like a glitch in the system. I called PayPal up to tell them this and the lady said she'd make a note of it on my account. It was asking me to confirm my location and credit or debit card. Once I confirmed my debit card I called PayPal and put the web pin in and it automatically removed the limitation.

Dude, for usa paypal account indian vcc or other country vcc will not work. it needs avsvcc which means address verification system virtual credit card. this avsvcc address should match your paypal name and address then only it will be accepted in usa paypal. after adding this avsvcc , next you will be taken to phone verification. even there they will check online address verification. they will give you 4 digit code and call u on the phone number added in your paypal. when u get a call from them , u have to punch those 4 digit codes, in that mean time it will check your online addresss registered with the phone. if both match then you are phone verified or else , it will send you 6 digit code through ordinary post to the address mentioned in your paypal. you have to enter that code and get it verified. there are few genuine sellers in market who sell avsvcc but most of them either accept liberty or webmoney.
