Hi! I faced the problem of phone sales outsourcing. What I need is a person whom I can forward general phone calls, such as "How to buy ....", "Where to enter user name ... " etc. I have a full time customer support via email, but I also need someone to answer phone calls and convert my leads by phone into orders. Can any one give me an idea on how to make this processes more cost effective, e.g. I don't want to pay 100$/monthly for ... nothing. I'd prefer to pay 2$-3$ for each phone call processed.
