Hi I am looking to do some interviews over the phone and wanted to know what company is best to use (perhaps free) in order to record these phone calls. So I want to be able to phone a client up and interview them and then have that file saved as MP3 which I can then use later. Any suggestions? Thanks.
afaik, teleconferencing with recording can be expensive. I would suggest buying some hardware which can digitally record your telephone conversations via plugging into your telephone line.
I was sure there was a phone number you could call that records the conversation and then emails an MP3 file to you. I'm based in Australia but I thought there were several companies in the US that did it. I've searched via google but couldn't find what I was looking for. Any other ideas or does anyone know what other services might be available?
