Phone Home install problem

    Hi, I'm experiencing an issue when installing Phone Home tool. I can't insert a MAC Adress and input automatically fills with following: Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /Applications/Phone Home.app/Contents/Resources/install on line 11 Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /Applications/Phone Home.app/Contents/Resources/install on line 16 **:**:**:**:**:**
