A phishing warning pops up every time someone views my store page?... My website URL is sonakishowerheads.com. Does anyone know how to combat this? I think it might be hurting my credibility (and I am 100% credible). Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!
I've tested with both FF 3 and IE 7 under Windows Vista and I see no problem. What kind of warning do you see? What software are you using? Where do you see that message?
Don't think so. When I clicked on get one now I got the warning. I don't have an answer. I just want everyone else to know that the question appears legit.
I am using IE 7 with a phishing filter installed and activated. I didnt notice it at first either, but for me the warning pops up on the upper right of the window with a yellow flashing sign. I was originally made aware of the problem from a family member who was reviewing the site for me from a different computer, also using IE 7. P.S. buzincarl: What good would this kind of traffic do me?
Brian, We see it all the time. So many newbies think any traffic is is good. That is why I took the time to confirm that there is in fact a warning on your site. IE7, philshing on, med-high general security settings, only seen after clicking on a link from the main page. What type of scripting if any are you using on the site? Maybe someone will be able to define the problem with more information.
Are you seeing this error on more than just the store page? I am not using much scripting...it is mostly just basic HTML. I use XsitePro to build the site. There are some tracking codes scattered throughout. The form is just an AWeber form...and I am using Paypal as my payment processor/shopping cart (external store...not an integrated shopping cart). Does this help? Thank you again.
