Yes, but be sure, if you want to go with BDO, ask them for a Debit Card that has "VISA" logo! Because BDO Debit Cards with "MasterCard" Logo do not work with PayPal! But if you have already verified your PayPal with a CC, then just add the bank account of BDO.

how long would it take before the status PENDING becomes COMPLETE when you withdraw your money from paypal and transfer it to your bank account? when do you think my money would be transferred sa BPI if i nagwithdraw ako yesterday? so excited eh..hehe halatang first time =P
If you requested for a withdrawal at your PayPal account, usually maximum of 24 hours, "complete" na ang status. I think right now, although swamped with some problems, Unionbank EON should be the best for PayPal, as they dont charge extra for receiving the funds from PayPal.
yeah they dont charge fee.but poor service.i was able to use my eon on 4 withdrawals but when i try my 5th time withdrawing unionbank just rejecting the money and the amount came back in my paypal account.and charge me P250.i try to withdraw 2 times but still rejected.another P250 again. the reason why i cant receivd the money is "Invalid bank account information" but my paypal and Unionbank are match in profile.weird.this problem is almost 1month+ now.then i went to the branch yesterday becoz im getting tired calling them and waiting for nothing.but then when i was there they only say that only they can do is to send the issue to there main branch. and heres what i like the best. one of the employee they told me "how about asking on other bank if they accept paypal??"what an employee. about BPI and BDO.is there a visa logo on there card??what type of card that can accept paypal amount??i also went to BPI and BDO yesterday but dont have any idea..they were like "paypal??what is that??"pathetic
they charged me 200 as well..but its worth it..fast service and didnt get any problems with BPI..i was actually expecting that the money will reflect after 6 days but its already in my account after 4 days..
I think it is only UNIONBANK EON debit that has a VISA logo. BPI Express Cash, and BDO Cash Card have Mastercard logo, I believe.
umm here are the details of the card (front) BPI EXPRESS TELLER INTERNATIONAL (back) account number MAESTRO CIRRUS i dont see any visa logo here
