    Thats what happends when you buy a website from someone from another country.There a lot of scammers in india too, you have to be carefull.

    No its not racist, its true, if you buy something from another country and if they end up scamming you, there is nothing you can do about it. For example if someone in the USA scams me, there is a lot I can do. For one I can take them to court, if its big sum, I can file a police report. But you don't have those protection in other countries.
    I know scammer exits in all counties, but some countries have more than others.
