pharmacy sites and adsense

    iam pharmacist and would like to puplish my new site about drugs,diseases,pharmacy topics
    but visiors will not usa resident
    is against adsense privacy??
    any suggessions?:)

    so why always see many directories not allow to link for pharmacy sites as adult !
