    Why are you selling this site?
    I never had any use for it. I placed over 10 posts on the site and left it.

    How is it monetized?
    I haven't monetized the site.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Couple of hours a week to write up new content

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    The site is completely unique. It has over 10,000 unique visitors a month. I never placed any monetization methods on the site. I never placed adsense or analytics. I have awstats going back 1 year. I open to skype share screen for a buyer to check the site. I am open for your offers. Payment trough Paypal.

    I have changed hosting last few days so the site dropped as it was inactive. But it is active again and receiving traffic.
