Its better to use public transport nowadays. And if you are buying a car... Then buy a hybrid car. It will be costly than normal ones but would give better mileage.

Within Next 5 Years Crude price may reach to $200 if USD Value remain same.. If USD value decrease then it may go upto $300 to $400 per barrel.
Yes Crude Oil is the real killer. Spurting Oil prices is the real threat to Global economic growth. Its high time we learn to use our Natural resources wisely and carefully; else the next generations would suffer a lot.
It is a crude fact that we are too much dependent on the limited fossil fuel for most of our needs. We can use public transport, taking a vow not to drive our car / bike on Sundays, going to the nearby shop on foot, carpooling where possible, looking at the alternative, eco-friendly renewable sources of energy. If we have the will, we can reduce, if not altogether avoid the dependence on fossil fuels. In another 50 years, most of the fossil energy source will dry up... Time to wake up
