    certain things wrong with the petition:
    1. they are not new rules, but old rules [Payment and Settlement Systems Act 2007], PayPal had to register itself within 6 months of operation, PayPal did not, so RBI sent a few good questions to them, so they siezed certain functions like personal payments and remittances to local banks

    2.PayPal did not stop to/ from Indian payments, only personal payments, you can still commercial payments (sigh)!

    If you can edit the petition slightly, it would be better,

    just signed up! :D

    Hardly matters. Since commercial payments received cannot be withdrawn to a local bank which means it still is blocked. I will still check if that can be edited or not, but I am afraid it cannot be.

    if we have a good strong community it just might,.... remember those vote hungry ministers we have,.... anyone gets a hold of a petition signed with a 10,000 ~ strong people,.... it will work!

    Dude that is what I said.. good news came within 24 hours after starting the petition. So I was just trying to take credit of it :) just kidding.
