Virgin Media, an ISP here in England, are bringing in traffic shaping, which restricts how much can be downloaded during peak hours. In this day and age with alternative providers offering free downloads, it's pretty poor, and a lot of customers are unhappy. SN2TS.com has been put together with the aim at forwarding a petition to Virgin Media's bosses to show how many people are unhappy. I know some people feel online petitions are a waste of time, but if only to show VM bosses how unhappy people are, if the petition applies to you and you can spare 10 seconds to click the above link and sign it, that would be great.
