PetChoice.org - quality unique content, quality unique* design, great ad placement

I'm a frequent visitor to this and other forums that list sites for sale. I see the crap that gets listed and perhaps even more amazingly, sells.

But do you really want to buy a site that many other people have? Or one that has duplicate content? Or one that has an awful design?

Most of the sites listed here have one or more of these qualities. This one has none.

The site is written around four animal types - Dogs, Cats, Rabbits and Small Animals generally. Of course there could be more, but these are by far the most popular pets of today.

Each section has relevant articles to help the user choose their pet carefully and correctly.

Content
All of the content on the site is 100% unique and written by someone that realy knows what they are talking about. It's not written by some teenager located who knows where with English as their third language that writes articles for a living. It has been written by my beautiful girlfriend, an English Literature graduate who has a love for pets (and spends half her time online visiting per forums etc).

There are just under 5,000 words of this content and it has been organised in a way to be useful to the user. Some articles are very long, some are short - again not something you would see from an article writer who has a remit of writing 500 words per article etc.

Design
The reason for the little * in the title is that although the design is unique, it is based on a freely available template. Hence the link left in the footer. Although if you compared it to the original, you will see that it has been extensively modified, with unique headers and revised layout.

Ad placement
One of my personal strengths is I believe in optimal placing of ads on sites such as this. Each and every page on the site has been modified to create what I believe to be the best ad placement possible. With Google's new rounded corners, the ads really do look like part of the site.

Search Engine Optimisation
All page names and titles are optimised for search engines. Each page contains snippets of articles and links to provide the 'food' search engines need to index sites. I have also placed a link to the site on my PR4 site to help with indexing - this will remain for at least one month after the sale.


I truly believe that this is an excellent site and having built it to sell (my girlfriend wants some pocket money for an upcoming holiday), I am sorely tempted to keep it. However, as things go, it is for sale here.

I am willing and able to assist in the transfer of the domain (registered at Namecheap and free to push to another user), and the site itself which is very easy to set up and modify. I'll even change the Adsense ID on all pages if you want me to.
