    Just curious... if the buyer is outside Canada, couldn't you leave the address alone, but change the owner handle to the new buyer? I'm assuming it's just the address they care about. Maybe even set up some kind of PO Box and forward any snail mail outside Canada..?

    Also, if it's a domain push at GoDaddy, then presumably, the new owner would have ability to change the registrant info. Just wondering how strictly Candian ownership is enforced by the registrars...

    Auction ends at 9:00 pm tonight...

    When changing contact info to knew owner, CIRA have to manually confirm that it is legit. Furthermore it strictly says in their policies that outside of Canada is no go. I'm not messing around with that sorry. If wanting to buy from US the site has to stay in my name. I dont think this is a big deal but some people do, I'm cool with that.

    13 hrs to go... current bid is $250.00

    Should've checked, but I got my hosting company to register my sites, also. Dogcollars.ca is registered with http://www.10dollar.ca nog godaddy.

    bin is $450. But if its exceeded before auction is over then it will be lifted.

    Im in ontario so I think its eastern standard time.

    Also remember if out of canada the site has to stay in my name.

    OK. I am confused about the BIN then. BIN is supposed to be Buy It Now price which means if someone bids BIN, then they get it and the auction ends. That is how eBay and auctions (here and other forums) treat BIN.
