The site is designed to be an easy 1 click out either through adsense or affiliate program.

That way the buyer gets to where they want to be faster.

Nick, I like you and all but be honest. You lifted the BIN not to for us bidders. But because, once the bidding started, you realized it was too low and you wanted to get more money with higher bids ;)

I think this site should go to GeorgeB for the original BIN price.

GeorgeB, Is it wrong to be profitable for your work? In the same situation, you to would have let bidding continue if you did not have a BIN offer. I can speak for all webmasters who sell their sites. It was my mistake for underestimating the value of the site.

Czar, GeorgeB did not offer the BIN. Why do you keep thinking that? He offered $100 when the BIN was $150. Then retracted that bid and re-bid $75. There is no need to make this a huge deal, there was no offer at BIN so it did not effect the bidding in any way.

Aquasparkle, I will not be selling more of these sites.

If you'll check some of Nick's past auctions/sales it appears he lacks integrity. I agree that the comment about "BIN removed by popular demand" was a bunch of BS and only done to try and get more money.

If he has any integrity he should offer you the site at the original BIN of $150.00 and if you refuse then continue the auction will a disclaimer that the original BIN was withdrawn.

Nick, if you feel the need to give me some red rep again go for it ;)

Buy It Now. Also please don't spam my thread with your links.

If this negative talk does not stop, I will be forced to take the site off the market in order satisfy everyones needs.

Well here is my two cents....if GeorgeB offer the BIN price he should get the site for that price but if he did not offer the full BIN price then the seller should have the right to remove the BIN unless someone has already POSTED they will take it for the BIN price.

Business is business and just like everyone else he is trying to make money. The moral to the story is if you really want the site offer the full BIN price but it seems George only offer $100 and the BIN was $150......Is this the case GeorgeB?

He did not offer the site for the BIN price. There was no offer at the BIN price.

The current bid stands to bmac at $275.

PetMedOutlet is older, gets a lot more traffic and was optimized by an SEO Company. Not to mention it makes over $500/month

The only similiarity is they are owned by me.
