Pet peeve about access to affiliate tools

It may just be me, but I find it tiresome when some Clickbank sellers force me to sign-up for emails before I can access their affiliate tools. It is even worse when I have to use a password to get access. These barriers just add to the overwhelming amount of data I have to store and recall.

There are times when I will choose the e-book or service to promote which allows me direct access over one that puts up a barrier.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind getting the occasional affiliate e-mail. It is just that I cannot always recall the specific method of getting back into the affiliate tool section for some of these sellers. And I do bookmark sites, but the website lists quickly gets overloaded as well.

I also really appreciate it, when an affiliate link appears in the description area of an item in the Clickbank marketplace. I wish all sellers who have affiliate tools would use that method to allow access for us hardworking affiliates.

That is my two cents!

Yes some may send out too many emails, however some publishers collect this data so they know who their top affiliates are and if they pay out bonuses for performance like we do than it is relevant to collect that data so we can track and pay you extra.
