Pet Names Website (Huge Database)

Mods - Check this last bidder's IP please.

1) He joined today
2) He bid more than the $5 increment everyone else has been
3) The seller is trying to get me to buy it in PMs and when I said I'll just watch for bids till the end of the auction this bidder magically appeared.

P.S. the seller also told me via PMs that if he doesn't get what he wants (about $350) he's going to call off the auction at the end.

i`m talking about the other new buyer , i dont deny that i want to sell the site for even 350$ , i dont think this is a crime to negoiate to get the best offers i can get

 

Saying you're going to waste everyone's time and not honor your auction is not negitiating. It's unethical.

When people win an auction they expect to get what they won. You DID NOT state that you might not sell if you don't get what you want. If you had... eveyone would have ignored your thread and not wasted their time like they do everyone else that trys to pull that. Wise up.

Hell in fact you said in bold letters "NO RESREVE , NO COPIES". After this I doubt anyone would trust you to honor either of those.

 

I think the real cheap shot is posting that there is no reserve and telling bidders via PM if you don't get $xxx you won't sell. If you looking to get a specific minimum, you should have openly stated so.

Yep, count me out as well. I was carefully watching this thread since I was very interested but shill bidding and PM's stating there's not gonna be a sale if the price doesn't meet a previously unmentioned reserve ... nah, don't need the hassle.
