I am selling my site at www.petthoughts.com Features are as follows: Site is about 5 month old Custom script – I reserve the right to use the script on other projects but nothing pet related. Buyer has the right to do whatever he likes with the script. Admin control panel User control panel Users get their own individual blog Users can upload videos and picture vBulletin forum, license is rented on a yearly basis and is about 4 month old now When users sign up the login information is automatically transfered to the forum as well – no separate sign up for the forum reuired. When user is logged in he has access to the full system without extra login for the forum required. Users can signup for free and have the choice to upgrade to a paid account which will give them more storage space for images and videos. Also, on paid accounts no Google ads are displayed for the user including his blog. Google ads are still showing in the forum for every user. The payment system is fully automated with reminder emails send out before the subscription expires. Articles section – only admin can submit new articles. 60% of the articles are unique. I have done a lot of advertising including paid posting, blog posts and directory submissions. I paid for a submission service a member here on DP offers where the site gets submitted to every new directory advertised on DP. I also signed up with another member promising to get the site up to PR4 within a set time. There is another 2 months to go on this deal. Paid posting campaign has finished and we have around 100 active members now. Traffic: around 200 unique visitors a day AdSense/AdBrite: not worth mentioning yet. The forum made $8.50 and the main site $14 since November last year.
