I just wanted to guage peoples opinions here about the possible impact of the impending increase of personal search, whereby people's search results are tailored to their own 'taste' - (If google can get it right!)
My feeling about it is, it's a pressure/incentive to get it 'right first time'. I think paying more attention to eyecatching and informative titles and descriptions will become more and more important, because if they havn't clicked on you the first time they've done a search for a particular term, google may not show your listing to them again, in favour of other results that they did click on.
Personal search is not new and right now they are concentrating on getting the 'context' of given keywords right. DP can be webmaster forums for some and DPreview camera review website for others.
