Personal profile/business posting help

    Hi
    I have a personal profile on FB and have also created a business page for my holiday rental cottage.
    In order to promote myself I join many groups relating to the industry to which I can post and advertise.

    However I notice that at least half of the members of these groups post as their business name whereas I only seem to be able to post with my own personal profile name.
    How do I get to a stage where I can toggle between my profile posting and my business page posting?
    I have tried to follow the FB advice about going to groups on my newsfeed and selecting which profile posting from but there is no other icon other than my own personal profile.

    Any advice and steps please would greatly help.
