For premier account they will charge you around 4.2% of total amount.

I don't know the exact amount of charge in case of personal. I didn't use that account before. But i know that, the charges are little bit more in Personal account.

 

Just go to the Paypal.com site and click on fees at the bottom of the page. There you have a break up of the fees for receiving money from different sources

 

Very little difference really, just pick one. I'm sure you could change later if it was an issue.
