Is there Anyone here who uses personal development to develop themselves as an individual that will become a success in any type of internet marketing? I think personal development should be taught to every child to school, from pre-school, based on the fact that it makes to into a better individual and causing you to have a better life!! Any thought?
Yes I totally agree. but is'nt that what we are supposed to teach at school's and colleges ?. We need such soft skills because, we are not trained enough at schools/collges/home. well, there's a new trend of chain marketing gogin on for personal development. more like, help others to improve their skills and earn money. I was persoanlly invited for a webinar last week about this by Brian Tracy. well, UK is under new PD trend!!
Personal development is necessary for everyone. A low self esteem person can never earn good money online or offline and will fail in relationships. Children can be taught personal development through plays,exercises. You can't expect them to learn stuff like NLP etc.
I also agree, with you on that! A person must also like him or her self to the point where people opinions mean nothing! By, realizing that people opinions don't matter! With this in mind a personal starts to move out the pack and become a success in no time!
I find that most of the people behind self help books and tapes became rich from their self help books and tapes.
There is a distinct difference between learning at school and learning for yourself. The main one being that when you learn for yourself you are doing it because you want to. At school you are forced to learn as it were and so is much less fun. The key to personal development is fun, if you don't find it interesting you are not going to have the motivation to learn something new.
There are many things that I have learned on my own that, school didn't taught me. But school thought me about basic things that I need to learn to become involve into this so called "internet marketing". Reading helps me a lot. Also by being involve in this kind of forums sites because I'm learning a lot from the members here!
Personal development means not letting yourself get stuck in a groove and being open to new ideas and directions. Very important for internet marketing.
Ye I use self hypnosis (hypnotise myself). Its very similar to meditation really. Your state of mind is very important in making business decisions. For example of you don;t believe that you can be successful, then you are likely to make decisions that will lead to that. Positive thinking is key! You must also be prepared to work long and hard for little rewards for some time, and keep going. This is more difficult than it sounds, and personal development can help keep you on track. You only lose when you give up!
