    I reported 10 hrs back but not action yet. Will wait for another 12 hrs before contacting a Mod directly as they are quite busy managing forum.

    How do you know that no action has been taken?

    It’s not against DP rules for a customer to leave a true and accurate account of his or her dealings with a seller. If this isn’t the case just wait for a Mod to get round to your reported post.

    if you have a problem with a user in a thread, report their post.
    don't start a thread complaining because it wasn't acted on fast enough for you.
