i have had two pp accounts, one personal and one premier for around 2 years and i have done some transactions between the two. my personal account has been limited for over 6 months now and i have initiated withdrawal to my bank account. i havent used the premier account since then. now i want to knw if i can use premier account without any problems if i use a different bank account. i have been careful enough to clear cookies and change ip when using the two accounts, but the name and address are same. if i transfer some amount to my premier account will it limit it and also the account from which money is sent?

    please do reply guys

No, as said above, you are allowed to have 1 personal and 1 permeir or business account. Since your personal account is limited...it might create a problem for you to access your premier account. What was the reason they had given to limit your personal account?/ It is very important.

I guess if your personal account is limited, you won't be able to access your premier account. Just try to resolve the issue and get back your personal account in a normal status.

Earlier limitation was for a transaction which they thought was suspicious. If you carry on doing the same type of transaction once again in your premier account, there is every possibility that this account would be limited as well.
Try to collect and keep details of each and every transaction... so that you will be able to furnish the same to paypal.. as and when required.
