I am an IRanian not paypal, nor e-gold, no any credit card is available here, but I want to pay in internet does prepaid debit card is my solution? how it works? then it doesn't need user verification and etc, yeah?
How will u get that Prepaid card... I mean to say how can u pay that..or are u buying it from a store... ?
I found some companies here who sell them also I think maybe it be the way to recieve money I mean if I sell a domain then they can give me the number of an prepaid card, does it work?
U can't do that i guess It is just an assumption....If u want to trade. If u can give service such as web designing, logo, etc etc than contact me. I will help u that case.. I know how much problem a country face when there is no payment option... Also there are other gateways u should try looking at (If i am wrong in spelling do a google search) Check the below site and see if they are compilable for ur country.. alertpay.com moneybooker.com ALSO I DOUBT ABT PREPAID DEBIT CARD..FROM UR COUNTRY..it might be just other thing...try once...just a little money..
Banks sell VISA gift cards for around $2.95 in person or online for an additional handling fee that depends upon the total amount on the card. Plus American Express also offers something similar in Gift Cards. I'd start checking main VISA / MC and American Express sites, then major banks like Chase.
If you can able to open an account in paypal, you can pay anybody using xoom from your paypal account. No cards are needed.
thank you so much bilali I checked both sites, moneybookers and alterpay, both of them have listed Iran in the country list I registered in moneybookers and also in alterpay my moneybookers account now is active and the alterpay needs some document to be uploaded and verfied, which one of them is better? it seems alterpay was more secure and more functional, (signed by verisign) can I trust moneybooker, how they work, and finally how they transfer money to me it seems moneybookers is a german company and alterpay a usa company is it right, then regarding that I am Iranian can I use alterpay, however as they listed Iran, it seems yes, has it any risk
See if they listed iran than it is fien to use.. Many people use Moneybooker. Alertpay is bit new thing so i can't say anything abt it... Moneybooker is good option but do check what they require...Read faq tos etc... Also if u do need VCC for buying thing u can pm me..I will guide u through this
