Permitted use of Running Ads

Recently I ran across a network of sites thats running YPN and thought it seemed to be a way too effective way of getting clicks. I asked YPN about it just to see and they didn't have a problem with it.

So I'm looking for a second opinion:

    sanfrancisco.co.uk/, anguilla.co.uk/ , etc.

A network of 30+ domain names that changes YPN ads standard ad format to a custom color, size, and font.

-Calls the YPN Ads: Top Links
-Top Keyword Searches lead to just an ad.

    Does this look ok?

I can tell you I sure wouldn't want my ads to show up there. I think that if they were running google ads they'd probably get banned.

Maybe I should clarify part of my question. Is it ok to change the font size and add things like numbers in front of the ad Title? My standard YPN ads don't look like that.

I think its a premium publishers option to change everything as I know google PP's can change the whole ad format.

these guys are premium publishers and not part of ypn. those ads actually come from the search network and not the content network.

So do you need to have a traffic minumum or what qualifies a site to be part of this program?

yes you need i believe 20 million pageviews per month or 2 million searches per month and they have to accept you. im sure if you search around you will find the exact details to qualify.
