Permanently Limited Account - Can i use other PP account on my website

Hello,

Sorry if this question is silly, i thought if i ask paypal this question, i might get negative response.

Paypal permanently limited my account for accepting payment for adult directory submissions. I can't understand when the buyer is able to send payment with sex worlds in his email id, how can they limit my account.

I made a appeal and they replied back in less than 24hrs with reason that i accepted payments for adult seo which is against terms.

Now they also want me to remove all paypal links from my website. This website earns me my bread, if there is no paypal on this, i lose 90% of my business.

I just want to know if i can add Paypal buynow links using my partners or friends ids. Is there any danger with this? Kindly share your experiences.

BTW, this website has no sex or adult pictures only general link building stuff is sold. I have a separate page for adult links, where i accept payments via Alertpay.

As you already know that Paypal doesnt allow Casino,Gambling,Adult,porn stuffs,you should not go against their TOS.and If you want to deal for adult stuff why dont u use adult payment processors which allows buy now buttons on websites and accepting paypal payments.

 

why not use another payment method to receive the money?

I would like to know is there any danger is i use my partner id for the same website?

I always felt paypal as easy payment processor. Can anyone suggest some other best payment processors other than Alertpay

If you use your partners id,same problem will happen as you already that Stay as safe with Paypal as you can..I recommend to use better adult payment processors and make new paypal account and start using it but dont use for adult,gambling,casion,porn stuff.use.Use for your other things.So now your buisness will not have any problem never and you can use forever

@ powerboss If you use your partner or friends Id the same thing will happen. the last thing you want to do is fuck over your friends. Please remember do not lot log onto your friends paypal under your computer. Or do not log onto ur LIMITED account under his computer. If you do either one your friend or friends paypals will be limited also. Because paypal will think they are linked and working together.. I am currently trying to get a management job with paypal. moneybookers and alertpay allows adult payments? Sorry, i am unsure about that.
