You'll work from your own home or office anywhere in the world, regularly invoice me, and be constantly available via skype. You'll develop directly to the site you're creating. You'll work on a particular project I have starting that will keep going over many months, even years. I need total involvement and don't want you to be juggling other projects. I've outsourced many other projects before - and the problems I've encountered are:

Outsourcing the projects to another outsourcer. (This won't work - it has to be you doing the work)
Initial enthusiasm which wanes after a short time.
Juggling my projects with other projects. (if you have other projects on the go, and intend getting others - please don't apply)
Unreliability. (e.g. tough night's drinking - you don't get up til noon next day - no good)

I'd like to see examples of what you've done so far.

The projects involves a huge website to be constructed in PHP and MySQL. But you'll have to be a strong web designer too with the ability to handle the manipulation of pictures and photos. It'll be an eCommerce site so will have to be integrated to a payment provider. If you haven't done this before but are good with PHP and Javascript, don't worry - it's easy.

    Salary
I don't have a huge budget, so I'm probably looking for a worker from outside Europe and the US. The salary I can provide will be a good salary for someone living in less expensive countries - in the region of $1000 per month. You'll need to put in at least 30 hours per week.

    What you need to do
    1. Tell me what your experience and strength is with:
    - web design
    - photograph/picture work
    - PHP
    - Javascript
    - HTML
(Please don't be vague, be specific. If you are not strong in one of these technologies - it may still be possible if you are strong in others.)

    2. Confirm to me that you are the one doing the work, it won't be someone else.

    3. Confirm to me that you understand that you cannot be dealing with other projects at the same time as mine.

    4. Confirm to that you understand that reliability and regularity is required.

Approaches will be particularly welcome if you're a JW.
