I have gout around 35 Skype contacts now, but none of them are good at Illustrator or Flash or creative as well. I fear, if there are any good designers in this world anymore. I think,I should stop my hunt here and start learning this myself. Im very sad. Wasted my whole day and ended up with photoshop lovers only.
There are, you're just looking in the wrong places. Plus, someone with expertise in all the fields you are looking for would be pricey. Best bet would be to get people who are experts and specialize in just a couple fields. This is just my .02.

I agree with you mate..someone expert is pricey Axus do you want to try me? but I think I'm a bit pricey, but I think it's ok if you look for satisfaction and quality. no offense dude
