Permalinks on Windows Server (IIS)

    I have not yet dealt with working on a Windows server for wordpress. It's apparently a pain in the butt to get seo friendly links working if you're hosted on a Windows server! If you know for sure how to do this please send me a PM with what it would cost for you to tell/show me how to do it. I need to know how to do it for future reference, which is why I'm not just looking to have someone do it for me.
