Permalinks on IIS - Will give free link in exchange for help

I posted this problem under blogging and got no response, so I will try here.

I am trying to change the permalink structure on a brand new wordpress blog; on an IIS server. I can't figure out how to do most of the suggested online workarounds for this; the only one that seems semi-straight forward to me is setting up a 404 redirect.

Does anyone have experience doing this, or solving the IIS permalink crisis through another method? I would really appreciate any help.

The server is running win2003 standard, I have full access to it.

I will give a free link on the site to who ever can help me with this!

    Thanks!

I have found something similar, but can't seem to get it working right. I e-mailed the guy who created the script; hopefully he will get back to me with details on what I'm doing wrong.

Edit: I have made some progress though another method, but now for some reason my header file doesn't seem to appear on individual post pages. If anyone knows what I'm talking about PM me and I'll show you the site link...

Edit Again: I figured it out! If anyone else ever needs a hand with this just PM me.... :)
