Permalinks: How do I fix this?

Okay when I originally started my blog, www.noct.org I had used the default permalink structure which was "Default: http://www.noct.org/?p=."

The blog is a few months old and it was crawled multiple times by Google. I have a few SERPs with the default structure. I changed it and obviously now when someone finds my page it'll lead to a dead end.

Is there a way to have them re-directed to the new page or do I just have to wait until the new structure is crawled?

If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Setup 301 from old page to new page. That should work.
