Permalink structure question :) Word Press Question

I was wondering what the written format of the default word press blog permalink is written As an example I know to get the category/post name/ is as follows, /%category%/%postname%/)

So what is the default written way? I need to use this permalinks migration tool for a blog I own http://www.deanlee.cn/?p=111&cp=all#comments and it states to add the old permalink structure but I'm not sure how it's written I know it looks like this, http://www.seomkt.com/?p=16

How is that written?

The old permalink structure for "http://www.seomkt.com/?p=16" would be simply "/%postname%/"
