Perm Ban For People Asking For Review Copies Of Service.

Its disgusting how many people bombard a thread or a private message inbox page asking for review copies of services, I say perm ban who every asks such a question on the forum, it makes this place look like a joke more than a forum. Very unprofessional seeing this is an internet marketing type forum.

 

Not going to happen. Those requests are already covered by the rules.

1. If you say in the OP that you're giving review copies, they must PM you about it -- not post in the thread. If they post requesting one, report it. It's covered by the bumping rules.

2. If you don't say you're giving review copies and they post, it's still a bump.

3. If you don't say you're giving review copies, and they PM you asking about it, it's a 5-pt spamming infraction for the unsolicited commercial PM. Report it (and in that case, link us to the original thread so we can verify you didn't offer them).

The only appropriate action is for them to PM you asking for a review copy, and only if you come out and offer them in your thread first.
