Perl Programmer Needed for Fix

    I had a video upload section to my image host added several months ago. It worked great for a few weeks then it died.

    You can see what it is doing here www.picsmart.net/video_upload.php

    I hired a php programmer to fix it but he said it required a perl programmer.

    I'd also like to take this code and plug it into my new design. I tried doing it on my own but it didn't workout so well as you can see.

    I've had 2 people look at this now and neither could fix it.

    I'm looking for someone who really knows their PERL. Please locate me on MSN before I waste more $$. :D
