Buying Perl Programmer for scripting web application

I am looking for someone who is very familiar with Perl programming, I have a possibly very quick/easy job but my biggest problem is I don't have direct access to test this script so I'm hoping to find someone that can look at a script and have an idea of what it's doing. Basically it is a script that creates a few web pages that contain folders and files that I think are linked to a windows sql database. Most of the pages contain only files or folders, but i want to see if it's possible to have both on the same page or to add a directory to a specific page. It should be pretty simple if you know CGI/Perl I think. PM me for more details, your experience and rates. Thanks.
