Perhaps my favorite TOS violator ever

Not only do they manage to pack six adsense units (yes SIX) into their useless page of content but the three units on the righthand side scroll.

    drop-shipped.net/csvsearch.pl?search=dropshipper&page=3

This one is even better as the content is not only useless, it is not even present. The SIX scrolling ads in the middle of the page remind me of a slot machine.

    drop-shipped.net/csvsearch.pl?search=dropshipper+forum

Hopefully it isn't making money for them like a slot machine. :(

Would it be legal to scroll the ads? If you're not affecting the code, simply making it scroll.....

I'm no expert on the TOS but I suspect that would qualify as drawing undo attention to them.

Having the ads scroll is possible, but it's not allowed in the ToS.

First they are displaying six ads - you are allowed 3 per page by TOS.

Second they are scrolling ads on the right and that is a violation of the TOS as well.

Looks like they dropped the number of ads to three... but the right side is still scrolling, obviously a violation for drawing undue attention.

    Clever idea though.

LOL they must read the forums here, but dont care that they are still violating. Clever to a point, but when they are crying here about how they were banned from Google we will be laughing at them again for pure stupidity.

my favourite bits of this page are the huge keywords lists in the body text, they didnt even try to bother to hide them.

LOL yep, but when you are allready breaking the TOS why bother I guess. They know they are doing it. They have to and if they do not then they deserve to be banned for not reading it or asking questions first.
