Does anyone know of any good tools or applications for gathering stats on CPU, Memory usage on a Windows based web server.

I am trying to get a trend analysis of how busy the web server(s) are and whether they need upgrading.

I am would really appreciate any suggestions you can make.

I know about performance monitor within windows, but that doesnt do reporting over a period time. It is fine while you watch it but useless otherwise.

Try cacti. We use it and it's easy to install (and free!).

I can also say good things about Zenoss. It does take a lot of time to configure, but it's powerful.
