Performance Incentives

    Hi all,

Are all Performance Incentives paid at the same time commissions are locked for that specific advertiser? I noticed this months pay for last month commissions, a certain advertiser didn't pay out the Performance Incentives. I was thinking about messaging them, but I know some of these advertisers are a little sensitive and they can easily drop you from their program without reason. What do you all think?

    Thanks

Different advertisers pay their performance incentives at different times. Some even two months after the check. Don't push too hard, you'll get it eventually.

Write the affiliate manager of the program and ask.

There are several reasons why you might not get your incentive payment for November's work in January's payment. Most of them are not worth worrying about.

The most common reason is that someone simply dropped the ball because of the holidays. In January, 09 my biggest advertiser missed the incentive payment. But February came and I got paid for 2 months incentives.

Another reason could be a new affiliate manager who's still learning the system.

If it was anything sinister or bad, CJ would've contacted you by now and most likely would have stopped your payment from the merchant in January's payment.

So if the only money your missing is that merchant's incentive payment, try not to worry. You'll have a big payment next month!
