I was thinking about starting up a new site specifically to be an affiliate shop for an online auto parts store. There are several places on CJ that sell the things I'd be interested in.. My question is, has anyone tried creating auto parts affiliate stores, and if so, how well did it work? I'd like to avoid it completely if it isn't worth it since it would require a lot of work on my part to setup. Most of the programs pay 5-8% commission, which isn't much, but can add up fast for expensive parts.
I'd actually be very happy to make that kind of revenue in the first two months. I need to find some kind of software package to manage the content, because doing that from scratch would take forever.
Are you using the ebay API to make your own item lists dynamically? I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this.
Check out DriveWerks managed by Chris Sanderson...Here's a link for more details: http://www.amwso.com/drivewerks.php. If Chris can't help you, none can...
we sale a motoroil additive that gives you better mileage, not doing that bad, but this is in holland where the prices of gasoline got pretty high.
I just put up an affiliate program for my site selling radar detectors..check my signature if you are interested....Not sure if that is performance Auto Parts..
