    PerfectMoney is HYIP ecurrency.

    WebMoney is the most populat payment system in Russia (and probably Ukraine), so if you need to pay freelancers from this 2 countries, WM is the best solution.

    Webmoney only if you are from the Russian region---it has a very non-intuitive interface, and is unfriendly to Western users at this time. PerfectMoney is more flexible, including being able to work with HYIPs. Plus the funds can be easily exchanged for Bitcoin if one wants more long-term storage of earnings.

    Webmoney is the most used payment method in Russia, I suppose in Ukraine too. When you are sending/receiving money outside of Russia (like I used to do) it is always very painful. I used to to wait for days, you need to use confirmational SMS for confirmation for each transaction and they not always arrive on time.

    If your customers are Russian definitely use webmoney, it's very popular there, all exchangers are russian based and PM carries higher risks in terms of potentially getting shut by US (as happened with Liberty reserve and e-gold before it).

    WebMoney is great payment system. And support is fast and correct. PerfectMoney is not that popular but really secure as well.
