Some time ago I have registered in new payment system - Perfectmoney.com They have PR program, which pay to the siteowners for the banner placed on their site. I have placed their banners and got payment for couple months. However in November I didnt get payment for the October. I have contacted them and they said, that program canceled (however nobody informed me about it). I have talked in webmaster forums - A lot of the persons get in the same situation. I have tried to get my money from them via support with promise to post thread about this ******** on all forums I know and they have said "Ok, you will get money for October". After week I didnt get it, I contacted them again and got mail "Your account has been blocked for blackmailing." PerfectMoney.com is so poor, that they have to cheat own partners. Be really careful if you are going to work with them.
