    This is reg fee for multiple reasons. 1)It has misleading characters that are slang "gamerz". It's a co-uk extension, which doesn't really have that much value since it doesn't apply globally. Lastly, the domain has too many characters in it.

    $xx but i think develop it than sell it. that domain have big potential, maybe you can contract someone pro in gaming to develop the content.

    I would say regfee because of the "Z" at the end and because it has a .co.uk extension. But it would be worth developing into a gamers video website or game reviews site.
