Perfect Way to link building

    1. Our link should appear on a page where description or content is related to our website or service or products

    2. The link should appear with appropriate anchor text<a> that anchor text could be our targeted keywords.

    3. The page rank of the website should be good possible PR 2 or Up.

    4. The link page should not have more than thirty links to others sites.

    5. The link page should be genuine domain name like com, .net, .org and country domains.

    6. The linking page should not be black listed or block by Google.

    when I do blog commenting I make sure that the blog is related to my site.

    Yahoo Answer Posting – useful for frequently crawling of search engine.

    I don't think we have to stick on this rules. However, if we stick, that is better. Say, There are SEO guys got success who have got backlinks from IRRLEVANT niche sites too :D.
