Google is sticky. You might want to ask your little sister for her access, so you can make money and split it with her.

You have to register a new website from a new ip address in your sisters name (because google has access to all registar information)

I think its possible to create a new account. Location is important as you are gonna get a pin no. or check there. So, i suggest better get a new POB address and sign up with different location, this way you will get your pin no. in your POB address. Better take another internet connection, adsl can be best cz of it has dynamic ips, better format your computer, google can track you by their cookies installed. And this time, be honest and a horse of long run rather using black hat methods.....Best wishes

 

Yes, you can create a new adsense account using different name and address but just make sure that the name of the person you are using is close to you and you can easily get your payment.

i think you can use multiple good adsense accounts but they must on the different payee names then i think google wont have any problem with this because in the same house there might be 2,3 brothers and sisters which would like to have their own adsense so dont worry

 

Indians are smart and sure many here have 2 google accounts. Fooling google is not a big issue. You just need to be smart and think out of the box .rather going with the flow.
