Perfect Proxy script???

Hi everybody.

I'm looking for a proxy script.
There are two options offered to me:

• 
  use free script

• 
  buy script (or pay someone to create it)

I would like to know which script (is this one exist) is capable to display ALL (or the most famous websites) correctly.

Is pay someone to create a really good proxy script is possible for less than 100$? (i'm not looking for a developper, please don't advertise me)



In other terms, wich is the best (free or not) proxy script.

phproxy

There are also these scripts:

Zelune
Phphantom
Surrogafier ...
PhpMyProxy
